  1. Rev 1:10 in the original Greek is the Lord's day . Lord's is adjective and not a noun. When we look at history emperor Domition had declared that one day in a year everyone must say CAESAR IS LORD and he called it Lord's day. As you know that emperor worship and temples dedicated to Caesar could be found everywhere and those Christians refusing to worship the emperor were being persecuted. This is also one reason why Rev. was written.
