  2. We should not allow racism, colour of skin and nationality to divide us especially within the household of God. Since we are originally descendants of one man and woman, the blacks and the whites sshould feel free to worship traditionally together under one roof even in America. My reason is simple, there "may" not be walls of partition in the glorious assembly in Heaven.

  3. Thank you Paul Monda, for clarifying why there wont be marriage at heaven.
This lesson is a blessing and a rebuke to us all. It reminds us of who we are, where we come from and where we are going. That there may be social classes here on earth but God sees us on the same scale,
It also takes us to Exodus 23:9, that we should treat strangers well for we were aliens in the land of Egypt. Strangers also include foreigners in countries, so let us be careful,

    • I tend to disagree here that there will be no marriage in heaven, just recently we found out that there will be tears in heaven a lot of tears, therefore why are we ruling out marriages in heaven? Here is my two cents, what if God allowed us to get married in heaven and teaches us the original plan He had instore for this sacred institution. Bible says "Eyes have not seen or ears have not hear neither had it entered into the heart of man what Christ had gone to prepare for us."

  4. Knowing where I come from and where every other human comes from makes all the difference. I see how I must treat others, and I can hold my head up no matter how other humans may see me or treat me. God gives us such a gift when He reveals to us our origins. Still even if it were only a myth, I would much rather believe in our creation by our loving God than the dark and hopeless alternatives.

  5. I am just realizing how mich economic factors play in to divide the human race. Even within similar race or ethnic background there are still divisions along economic or social lines. Like others have said, it is refreshing to know that creation is the great equalizer. May the holy spirit remind us that we are indeed one family and that yes, we are our brother's keepers. It is wonderful and amazing that God has a plan of restauration where we will be truly one blood again.

  7. No matter what value we place on others, or how much others value us, the sure thing is that God values us alike and will honour those who honour Him and value one another

  8. Adam and Eve are our ancestors! God loves us so much he made Adam and Eve our ancestors! Like the Bible says:"'For the sake of his great name the Lord...was pleased to make you his own.'"(1 Samuel 12:22,NIV)God is happy He made us.I hope you love God.God bless you!

  9. God loves variety and our world is filled with many things that have served to divide us as the children of Adam and Eve. I believe there is a purpose for this. Jesus said the poor would always remain, and we will also have ethnic diversity as well. How we live with these differences will testify to our faith, whether we are Christ's or not.

We are being proven daily by all these differences, and we will be judged by how we lived in this life. Our fitness for eternal life will be proven here.
Pride will be our downfall, while lowliness and meekness will bring us victory over self(ishness). The latter only comes through faith in the power of God to subdue the natural tendencies of the (fallen)human heart.

  10. if we can see also how Jesus related with all classes of people whilst He was on earth. He was born of low class but associated with all He showed love. As we are also born of the same blood why putting walls? We are to show brotherly love, so we are our brother's keeper.
