  2. I find today's message to be encouraging for my christian walk. It gives me hope that someday I will be able to see my Savior face to face no mater how many times I stumble and fall short of my calling. Praises be to our Father, Son and Holly Spirit!

  3. It means because all of us have sinned and we are doing sins everyday the Grace is the only way to go to heaven. There are this people who say we are doing sins as everybody will go to heaven by the Grace of God?

    • Dear Rudzani, some have said so but it is not so. Many base their believe on the grace of God to overlook sin but remember what the bible says. Sinner and sin cannot enter heaven. Sins must be forsaken, sinners must be converted. Only saints will be rejoicing around the great white throng. In Testimony for the Church vol 4 chapter 34.have a wonderful reading about one of the judgment scene of God's people.

  4. Last night I had a dream, I saw a group of lovely people in a building, they had congregated there to pray for several hours ( I was led to that building in search of a prayer book, but all the books were gone ). I only knew three of the individuals, but several persons came to me and indicated that they were praying for me and my husband. Amazingly, they were praying for a pressing need that we are currently experiencing. We need each other support to aid with success in this journey. Please pray for some one, especially one who is struggling to remain faithful. Let's pray habitually for others, we are programmed to wait on prayer requests. We will never get some urgent requests. God will honor our prayers. "The effectual fervent prayers of a righteous man avail etch much ( James 5:15 ).

    • I just found that reading it is powerful and is useful in times of the storm. When the storms are raging He is our shelter.
      Prayer moves mountains
Prayer is the answer to every problem in life. It puts us in tune with divine wisdom which knows how to adjust everything perfectly. So often we do not pray in certain situations, because from our standpoint the outlook is hopeless. But, nothing is impossible with God. Nothing is so entangled that it cannot be remedied; no human relationship is too strained for God to bring about reconciliation and understanding; no habit so deep rooted that it cannot be overcome; no one is so weak that he cannot be strong; no one is so ill that he cannot be healed. No mind is so dull that it cannot be made brilliant. Whatever we need, if we trust God He will supply it. If anything is causing worry or anxiety, let us stop rehearsing the difficulty and trust God for healing, love, and power.

  5. I just got it!!! The LAW of CHRIST is the application of the commandments through the principle of LOVE. "Bear ye one another's burden and so fulfill the LAW of CHRIST" Galatians 6:2. This is love demonstrated through self-sacrifice, humility, kindness, concern for others, helping those who despise us, being patient with children who are not mannerly like our's, being patient with some one who speaks little English, respect people's peculiarities though they seem contrary to what is normal. "By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples if ye love one another" (John 13: 35 ). And of course, since we love God we'll be obedient to him - reflected in morality, faithfulness, etc.

    • Touché, Lorraine! This is it. The "law of God" is God's will "described," the "law of Christ" is God's will "applied"!

  6. You must lose your life to save it. You must become an entirely new creature, with a new heart and new mind. This does not happen just with reading scripture, saying a prayer, getting wet, or saying Jesus is Lord. If you are born again, your lust and desires have been crucified to the death of self on the inward cross of self denial. To be Christian is to be born of the Spirit, which means dying to the selfish nature on the inward cross of self denial. Whoever is born of God does not commit sin, for his seed [Christ] remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 1 John 3:9.. The true baptism of the Holy Spirit into the death of Christ; this is the sharing of his death. When your selfish spirit has died on the inward cross of self-denial, then Christ joins in the marriage of the Lamb with your soul, and you are born again; as Jesus is resurrected in you to be your true Lord.

  7. To be loved and up held in all the seasons of our lives is vital. If we share our journey's falls and triumphs in testimony services, others will see that it is very real and possible for them, through the power of the in dwelling Spirit of God, to overcome " the sin that so easily besets us". Let us be an encourager , friend, and mentor to at least one other in our spiritual family. It's amazing what unconditional love and encouragement can do. Praise God that we have a Father who is willing, ready and able to love us, all of who are sinners.

  8. The true test of a Christian is not how many times he/she falls, but,how quick he/she is able to realize the fall and seek for divine grace
