Sabbath: A Perpetual Ministry — 10 Comments

  1. Our lives, dedicated to God, are a positive influence on everyone we come in contact with over the course of our days; Our ministries are not over until we breathe our last.

  2. Believers and beloved, because our God is immortal we shall also be immortal. Therefore our service shall never come to an end. Also we shall worship God even in heaven. My assumption is that whoever stops God's work the enemy will persuade that person to work for him.

  3. Even being a church member, and a good listener you may have participated in God's work and the growth of the church. Some one may come to know Christ by our being faithful and honest in our dealings with others.

  4. The two points are clear. Firstly, the evangelism and witnessing work is a continuous process requiring our participation thruoghout life. Based on this quarter's lessons, this is possible and it should be the way to go. The second point that appears a contradictory but is a complementary reality is the actors in the evangelism and witnessing mission burn out and do it on a short time and leave the work. But, those involved in the active evangelism may reach the time they can go on due human problems. We need to accept the fact that we all grow old and young people are also eager to finish the work. Hence need for another form of evangelism for the aged and agree therefore for perpertual evangelism.

  5. We always have been inspired to go out and witness to others but as Adventist we have failed to engulf the full message. Jesus addresses many things but as our example He lived His message. We seemed to think that Bible study is our message when I recently learned of our three fold message, which one of these is Bible studies, but the other two is also just as important, which is diet, and dress reform. And from the pen of inspiration, more people will lose there salvation by the things they wear, than Biblical knowledge. Should I tell you where I find this? I wonder what would happen.

  6. Brothers and Sisters let us share Jesus using every avenue available to us. Does really my character testify for Christ? That is all about evangelism and witnessing. Happy Sabbath all!

  7. Fields are teaming with ripened grain, the reapers are few; let's follow the example of our Master and do the work that he bequethed us. Happy Sabbath, Saints.

The witnessing is all about caring for one another, nurturing spiritual babies.
