The Gift of Prophecy is once more the title of the Sabbath School lessons for the last quarter of 2026. But it is a different set of studies by different authors than in 2008. You can click on the title or the lesson cover to see the lessons for 2026, including the companion book, 

Below are our recommendations for extra reading. We are sure you will find them rewarding. 

Since we are studying God’s “Gift of Prophecy” to us, we think it is fitting that we actually read what God is saying to us through His last-day gift to His church. How about you?

Patriarchs and Prophets, Chapters 2: “The Creation” and Chapter 3: “The Fall,” OR for a shorte version, read Beginning of the End, Chapter 2: Creation, God’s Answer to Evolution and Chapter 3: The Predicament of our First Parents.

The  book, The Gift of Prophecy, by Gerhard Pfandl (see right) is still available on Amazon. Since it was published in 2008,  we believe it was the official companion book to the lessons.

Topics from The Prophetic Gift (Adult Bible Study Guide 2008a) by Gerhard Pfandl are listed in the table below.  We have not been able to find any 2008 lesson quarterlies for sale, but you can read and study the lessons online on our site by clicking on the weekly topics.
