Singing with Inspiration – Lesson 2: I See, I Want, I Take
Hymn 602, “O Brother, Be Faithful” stands out clearly on Sunday in the question at the end of the days’ study.
Rather than us having the “Blurred Spiritual Eyesight” on Monday, we ask in:
Hymn 326, “Open My Eyes, That I May See” and
Hymn 290, “Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus”. In closing the study, Jesus knows that we all have cares:
Hymn 99, “God Will Take Care of You” and
Hymn 485, “I Must Tell Jesus”.
To counter Wednesday’s topic, “Greed—Having Things Your Way”, we may sing:
567, “Have Thine Own Way, Lord”.
The old SDA Hymnal has a great hymn to close out Thursday’s study, if you have this available:
Old SDA Hymn 498, “Yield Not To Temptation”.
The positive side for Friday suggest to us:
Hymn 579, “ ‘Tis Love That Makes Us Happy”.
Blessings to you all for a Happy Sabbath and a wonderful week ahead, bringing us much closer to Jesus coming again so we may all meet in Heaven to sing praises to our God.
Mark 8:36, “For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and lose his own soul?”
