In Genesis 2:18 the Lord God said “ it is no good for Man to be a separate branch I will make him a helper”
The word "alone" H905 in Gen 2:18 can be translated “branch” as in John 15:5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. “
The word “helper” H5828 is exclusively used for God as helper, and never used for human helper.
Therefore the meaning of Genesis 2:18 is: Man is created with a futile power of reasoning good from evil, and futile power of applying his will to do good, Rom 8:20 “For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,”
In Gen 2:18 God branches off Eve from Adam, and in the body of Eve is the seed of the incarnate Messiah, the “seed of the women”.
Eve is the mother of humanity in its fallen state, and the mother of the embodied Messiah, events that follow the branching off of Eve from Adam are inevitable.
