1: The War Behind All Wars – Singing with Inspiration
Our learning this quarter will show us that
God Is Working His Purpose Out – Hymn 225 so that we will Lift Up The Trumpet because
Jesus Is Coming Again – Hymn 213. You may have two hymns from which to choose for your theme hymn this quarter.
Sabbath afternoon’s introduction to the study time this week instructs us that “God is a God of incredible love”:Hymn 349 – God Is Love.
With the war that was in Heaven and with Christ prevailing, it is with gusto that I choose to singTake The World, But Give Me Jesus – Hymn 329.
We are given hope again (as were Adam and Eve), on Wednesday and find this clearly in
Hymn 440 – How Cheering Is The Christian’s Hope, especially when Jesus shed his blood on Calvary with God saying, “I love you”:
Hymn 349 – God Is Love. “When you look at the Cross, you never have to wonder again if you’re loved”:
Hymn 163 – At The Cross.
Thursday continues on, reminding us
By Christ Redeemed – Hymn 402 with the beautiful name given to Jesus:
At The Name Of Jesus – Hymn 232. Having this knowledge we are to move forward and teach and remind others that
Jesus Saves – Hymn 340
To learn unknown hymns, you will find the accompaniment music for each one at: https://sdahymnals.com/Hymnal/
Another great resource is for when there is a hymn you wish to sing but can’t find it in your hymnal. Go to https://www.sdahymna
l.org/Search and in the search bar type a special word in that is in the hymn. I am sure you will be amazed at the help you will be given.
2 Timothy 2:15 KJV – “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
