  1. Thank you William for your writing, every week I look forward to it. It simplifies and makes practical the Gospel , applicable through your frank and lived experiences. May God continue to bless your ministry. Please do reply with a link on your website (I think I stumbled on it sometime last year) I would like to periodically give to your ministry so you may continue to minister the word of God to the world. You are a real blessing. Keep well , and happy cooking !

  2. Yes thank you William for those comforting and insightful words on a subject so meaningful to my heart. I lost my mother 3 years ago and it was the hardest loss of my life and I think it is because we are a part of our mothers and so when we have a loving, caring mother and on top of it that fleshly bond, it can be the greatest loss one can experience, and those without that loving bond suffer another way.
But I must say, I didn’t really see it coming with my mom so soon being the longevity her mother and grandmother had, but when she had her stroke and it put her in a comma on Sabbath, I asked God for one week to be with her and I felt the answer, she would pass the following Sabbath. And God even woke me up at 2 am, to spend my final moments with her, she took her last breath at 2:21am on 6-10, and being all about numbers, I later realized, I was her 2nd born, her first did not live, but I was born 2-1-61 and so this text comes to mind, Isa 66:13 As one whom
his mother comforts, so will I will comfort you; you shall be comforted.... and I was, praise God! Because like you, I could have rolled up in a ball and been happy to die. But now Jesus wants us to comfort others with His love and live for Him.
