  1. I really enjoyed your commentary which was summed up succinctly and brought out the relevant points in the lesson. I was blessed while reading it.

  2. The Lord gives us all gift's and wisdom freely. It is what we do with these gifts that we can grow into more of a reflection of Jesus. The gift of patience, empathy, compassion toward people is a blessing. The Sabbath is time when for 24 hours we can see and experience patience empathy and compassion towards others. By seeking the presence of our Creator He teaches us to fill our homes with His reflection. First to our family and then to others that we come in contact with. The Spirit of Prophecy teaches that there was a special Light that surrounded the 4th Commandment. This Light gives us a special time to release the trials and cares of this world, so that we can have perfect rest and in doing so we see others in a different light. But it is the attraction to Jesus that a renewal takes place. "So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love." The Sabbath can and will expand our faith with patience, hope with empathy, and compassion with love. Our homes and to those we come in contact with on the Sabbath will reflect the Character of the Creator so that all will see Jesus.
