Wow amazing to the power of God to resurrect on His promise in Genesis even before the cross.
I imagine God reading the bedtime story to Moses as he falls a sleep in His arm seeing the coming of the Lord victorious.
Without seeing the contention on his body with satan, Moses is raised transfigured never to die again. Reminds me, no one can pluck him out of His hand.
Do not let the act of your life take you out of Christ. When satan tries to separate you from Christ, turn the more to Him, lean on Him, trust in Him and surrender to Him. His ways are much greater than all human wisdom.
What a glorious way to end this quarter and end the year with the assurance Christ is victorious.
It is a beautiful idea, that Moses saw down through time to the death and resurrection of Christ, but not a biblical one. In Deuteronomy, Moses sees only the expansion of the borders if Canaan to incorporate the tribes about to enter the land.
This is a case of augmenting the text way beyond its literal meaning. The Mormons did the same thing and extending the biblical meaning to America.
Jordan, EG White makes a interesting comment on this subject which might explain what Moses understood.
Prophet like me
Christ
Also we find an interesting comment in Heb 11:24-26
