Hymn 492 – Like Jesus.

On Sunday we are educated that God sent His Son to us:
Hymn 526 – Because He Lives.

Next we have the “Word” revealed to us:
Hymn 274 – O Word of God Incarnate, and that Jesus is the agent of Creation (John 1:2, 3) in
Hymn 320 – Lord of Creation. John 1;4 then shows “the light of all people” in
Hymn 234 – Christ is the World’s Light and
Hymn 345 – Christ is the World’s True Light.

We learn from the messages and miracles of the Master Teacher on Tuesday:
Hymn 245 – More About Jesus. We are to follow His example and humble ourselves before God:
Hymn 406 – Love Consecrates the Humblest Act

The Master Teacher’s reconciliation is sung in
Hymn 299 – Forgive Our Sins As We Forgive,
Hymn 335 – What a Wonderful Savior and
Hymn 412 – Cover With His Life.

We are introduced to the first pupils of the Master Teacher on Thursday – Shepherds. It is timely to sing
Hymn 139 – While Shepherds Watched Their Flocks.

As with all education, we are to learn to
Trust and Obey – Hymn 590.
