Everyone Needs Compassion for the Storms of Life — 7 Comments

  1. We do not need to know all of the details of a person's life before sharing the love of God in action with them. God said to "let" our light shine, not wait until you get all of the details. I enjoy just being nice to people, because I want them to see God in me. Just seeing God in us will make all the difference in a person's life because we may never know what he/she is going through at the time. Thank God for the moving of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

  2. Whenever I feel persecuted I remember Jesus on the cross.'
The very people he came to save were doing this to Him.
    What was His response?

Father forgive them, they don't know what they are doing!

The persecutors need us to pray for them, they are missing out on so much of the wonderful love, friendship and kindness of the LORD.

  3. A spirit of forgiving unconditionally must be inculcated in us. Most people, myself inclusive, wait for their trespassers to come to them to say sorry before they can forgive them. The trespassers may not know or appreciate their problem or they may not have the time to come to say sorry but deep down their hearts, they truly are. Let's forgive, anyway, as Jesus did.

  4. BROTHERS AND SISTERS, What we can we do with certain storms that see to be beyond our own experiences of life as human beings? At times you have answers to give but you no power to say them out, just staying quietly pretending as if all is well. Yet our quietness makes the situation worse off. We need to wait upon the LORD to give us guidance on how to go about the situation. For sure, quietness is golden at times! I need your prayers of INTERCESSION in general because am failing to state what my real failures in life are. I have prayed, dedicated my whole life to God's service but could not make a good living out of that which I do, and my family has a lot of doubts and asking me a lot of why? what? where did we miss the point? etc. I very well know that our God never fails His own creation, never, never and never! Amen!!!!!!!

  5. Indeed we need to have unconditonal love just as it has been stated in 1 corinthians 13:5. We need God's wisdom in all actions of love we render to others.

  6. we should always remember that God is in control in whatever situation. his love never fails. proverbs3:5 advises us to trust in God and not to lean on our own understanding . always talk to him openly and softly with faith that you are going to be delivered.
