Jesus: The Model Disciple, Part 2 — 3 Comments

  1. Pastor Earnhardt, your comments are timely and relevant. We are called to rub shoulders with each other and in doing so, grow in grace. May God help us to understand our roles and to model Him.

  2. Yes I do pray for your ministry, not only for your emense contribution to the Seventh-day-Adventist Sabbath School lessons in various forms, but also for your ministry in Florida, my stomping grounds for 17 years.

Thank-you for the articles on discipleship, which use all four gospels in two parts.

I would admonish teachers to use not only Micheal Fracker's teaching questions, and also yours. I do. Curtis Hall's teaching plans and examples come in handy too.

    Again God bless you.

  3. Thank you pastor Earnhardt for this hard hitting cutting truth. Now is the time for us the last day virgins to wake up trimming our lamps to lighten up our neighbourhood. I was once visited by a pastor who wanted "those ‘dangerous’ people out of the church when we ran a Sabbath class for people with special needs in the community. (Only one was occasionally aggressive.) The members of this class prayed for the members of the church and openly thanked the members for accepting them. Until that particular pastor came and made it clear that they were not welcome. Needless to say our church - a once thriving community - went steadily downhill after that with internal wrangling and became further decimated by covid 19 and its aftermath. But GOD is good and He alone is still on the throne with all power and all authority. Thanks once again for your powerful ministry in this forum.
