We have three different delivery times for the “Daily” lesson posts so that everyone can receive the daily lesson on the morning of the correct day.
Americas-Caribbean
The “Americas-Caribbean” delivery time is between 1:00am and 3:00am Pacific Time (US & Canada), that is between 9 GMT and 11 GMT, is intended for the daily lesson to be available on the morning of the correct day in the Americas and Pacific Islands west of the international date line. (Nearer the dateline, delivery will be on the previous evening.)

Africa-Europe
The “Africa-Europe” delivery time between 23 GMT and 1 GMT is intended for the Daily lesson to be available on the morning of the correct day in the eastern Africa to Russia time zones.

Asia-Pacific
The “Asia – Pacific” delivery time between 15 GMT and 17 GMT is intended for the Daily lesson to be available on the morning of the correct day in western Asia and the Pacific regions east side of the international dateline.
